1. Services Provided
Route Wave LLC offers truck dispatching services, including load searching, rate negotiation, broker/shipper communication, and paperwork handling. We act as a dispatching partner, not as a broker or carrier.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate business and driver information, including MC/DOT numbers and insurance details.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with all state, federal, and industry regulations.
- Clients must inform Route Wave LLC of preferred lanes, freight types, and equipment availability.
3. Payments & Fees
- Service fees are based on the pricing plan selected (percentage per load or flat fee).
- Payments are due as outlined in the dispatch agreement.
- Route Wave LLC does not guarantee payment from brokers or shippers but assists in billing support where applicable.
4. Load Acceptance
- Clients have the right to accept or decline any load offered.
- Once a load is accepted, the client is responsible for fulfilling contractual obligations with the broker/shipper.
5. Limitation of Liability
Route Wave LLC is not responsible for:
- Delays, cancellations, or non-payment from brokers/shippers.
- Mechanical issues, accidents, or operational delays affecting transportation.
- Any losses incurred due to client’s failure to meet regulatory or compliance requirements.
6. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- Outstanding balances or fees must be settled prior to termination.
7. Changes to Terms
Route Wave LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
